Cookie Policy
Last updated: April 2026
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser when you visit it. They are used to remember preferences, keep sessions active, and in many cases, track browsing behaviour for advertising or analytics purposes.
The ePrivacy Directive 2009/136/EC and GDPR require us to inform you which cookies we use and obtain your consent for those that are not strictly necessary.
2. Our approach: minimal cookies
NeoCompás has designed this site with a minimal cookie policy. Our primary analytics tool is Plausible Analytics, which is completely cookie-free and does not track individual users — so it requires no consent for analytics.
✓ No cookie banner needed for analytics
Plausible installs no cookies. We do not track you across sites. We do not sell behavioural data.
3. Cookies we use
Below is a complete inventory of cookies present on neocompas.com:
3.1 Technical / strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are essential for the website to function and do not require consent (Art. 22.2 LSSI-CE / ePrivacy Directive).
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| __vercel_live_feedback | Vercel | Feedback widget in preview deployments (development environment only, not in production). | Session |
3.2 Functional cookies (Cal.com — call booking)
When you use the call booking widget (Cal.com) on the Contact page, Cal.com may set session cookies to maintain your booking process. These cookies are necessary for the booking service to function.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| next-auth.session-token | Cal.com | Maintains the booking session active during the booking process. | Session |
| cal-booking-data | Cal.com | Temporarily stores booking form data to prevent loss of information. | Session |
For more information on Cal.com cookies, see their policy at cal.com/privacy.
3.3 Analytics (Plausible — cookieless)
Plausible Analytics installs no cookies on your device. It does not use local storage, fingerprinting, or any other tracking method. It only collects fully anonymous data (no IP, no user identifier) for site usage statistics. No consent required under the ePrivacy Directive.

3.4 Admin panel cookies (Sanity Studio — editors only)
The content management panel at /studio uses Sanity authentication session cookies. These cookies are only set when an editor accesses the admin panel with their credentials. Public website visitors never receive these cookies under any circumstances.
4. Third-party cookies we do NOT use
For full transparency, we confirm that neocompas.com does not use:
- →Advertising or retargeting cookies (Google Ads, Meta Pixel, etc.)
- →Google Analytics or any other cookie-based analytics tool.
- →Social media tracking pixels.
- →A/B testing tools with cookies.
- →Live chat services with third-party cookies.
5. How to manage and delete cookies
Since the only non-technical cookies present are Cal.com functional cookies (active only during a booking), the impact of cookies on your browsing is minimal.
You can manage cookies from your browser settings:
Note that blocking Cal.com cookies may prevent the call booking widget from functioning correctly.
6. Changes to this policy
We will update this Cookie Policy when we change the tools we use or when applicable legislation requires it. The date of the last update appears at the top of this document.
